·         Current responsibilities include development, architectural guidance, and implementation of key business logic for a high priority business intelligence offering for the domain.

·         Prior to current role, managed a small software development team in maintaining an Enterprise Web application for emissions compliance and cap & trade. Most notable accomplishment is the drastic improvements to customer delight between 2008 and 2009.

·         Prior to role as a manager, worked as part of a larger team of developers on an environment chemical lifecycle product. Most notable accomplishments include leading a sub team to complete a 4 month long full security check and fix sweep to improve the security of the product. Also re-wrote a legacy application from VB6 to C# .Net, making vast improvements thanks to direct customer feedback.

·         Volunteer position for an online community network for the MMOG Tabula Rasa. Assisted in general site maintenance, writing articles, and helped organize the “Alpha Wolves” which I was also a contributing member of. Alpha Wolf duties included gathering feedback from members of the community and providing that feedback to the developers of Tabula Rasa, essentially acting as the primary a voice of the customer.

·         Contact to develop a series of windows, console, web based applications to support a small, but growing MMORPG run by the DXGaming. These applications included an application launcher / patcher which also checked and disabled cheat programs, a data mining utility to build a player stats database, and a web based player stats page for viewing the data mined information.

Network Tester
Mindlance                           Hillsboro, OR                        Aug. 2002 – Aug. 2003

·         Contract at Intel to work in the network testing lab at one of the Intel campuses in Hillsboro. Primary responsibilities included testing drivers and a networking utility with several different series of Intel cards on various servers and desktop machines. Re-wrote the Basic Acceptance Test tool from a VB6 application to a VB.Net application and updated it to work with newest suite of tests that needed to be run for basic acceptance.

·         Worked as part of a team of call center professionals answering questions on software and hardware that we supported. Over my 3 ½ year time there moved around a lot, learning many different technologies including telecommunications, networking hardware and servers, and even picked up a few certifications on products I was supporting. Developed an application to assist in call tracking and producing reports on call metrics.
